Sampling method:
15 whole clusters randomly selected in each block and placed in seperate clean 5gal buckets.  Both clusters were hand squezed in each bucket and the juice placed on the refractometer.  There was no filtering / straining of the juice.   Testing conditions were done in the field.
               
NOTE:              
1 pH tester batteries failed.  Measurements taken on Pinot Noir (15 clusters per measurement) and Pinot Gris (10 clusters per measurement).
